Return and Refund Policy

At Novel Artemis, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Returns:

• You may return an item within 90 days of purchase.
• The item must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any restocking fees.

Exceptions:

• Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized items, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Items that are damaged or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
